Event Management
Global brand event: The Blue Beauty Rendez-Vous

In 2023, I led the organization of The Blue Beauty Rendez-Vous, Biotherm’s annual global brand event held in Monaco. Conceived as a three-day immersive experience, the event celebrated the brand’s heritage, scientific expertise, and deep connection to the ocean, while unveiling key product launches and strategic priorities for the year ahead.

The event brought together 100 VIP guests: journalists, influencers, and brand spokespersons from 10 international markets, positioning Biotherm at the intersection of luxury, science, and sustainability.

Crafting a holistic brand experience

From concept to execution, the event was built around a unifying narrative: Blue Beauty. Every experience, location, and interaction was carefully curated to reflect Biotherm’s DNA: where skincare science meets ocean commitment.

The program combined product discovery, expert-led moments, wellness experiences, ocean-based activities, and high-end hospitality, creating a seamless journey that embodied the brand’s values while offering guests meaningful and memorable touchpoints.

Strategic amplification & content creation

To extend the impact beyond the live experience, a content factory was deployed in parallel with a curated selection of influencers, producing premium assets to support Biotherm’s PR, advocacy, and influence strategy throughout the year and across upcoming product launches.

Internal & Influence event:
World Ocean Day Activations

On the occasion of World Ocean Day 2023, I oversaw the organization of a dual environmental activation for Biotherm in partnership with the Surfrider foundation, designed to reinforce the brand’s long-standing commitment to ocean protection while engaging both employees and influencers around a strong sustainability narrative.

Two simultaneous clean-up operations were deployed in Paris and on the Normandy coast, bringing together 130 participants. The activation was structured around a clear and educational storytelling: from the city to the ocean, illustrating how urban waste directly impacts marine ecosystems.

Designing a meaningful sustainability narrative

The initiative translated Biotherm’s Water Lovers sustainability program, active since 2012, into a concrete, collective action. It aimed to raise awareness externally while strengthening internal engagement and employee consciousness around the brand’s environmental commitments.

To amplify the initiative, content creation was activated in collaboration with the French market, engaging local influencers and producing assets for the Water Lovers communication ecosystem, in alignment with Biotherm’s global sustainability strategy.

Content Production
Biotherm IMOCA Content Series: "Why We Race"

In 2023, I co-led the production of a mini video series dedicated to Biotherm’s sustainability commitments, developed around the Biotherm IMOCA racing boat competing in The Ocean Race. The objective was to elevate brand perception at the intersection of high-performance sport and environmental responsibility, while making complex scientific topics accessible to a wider audience.

Designing a purpose-driven content narrative

The content series was built around a clear narrative arc: racing for the ocean. Through the journey of the Biotherm IMOCA, the videos explained how ocean health is monitored in real time using scientific data collected on board, and how this research contributes to global knowledge and concrete action.

Equipped with an automated microscope capturing 30,000 high-resolution images per hour, the vessel collected data on phytoplankton, a vital resource absorbing over 25% of human-produced COâ‚‚ and essential to marine life. In partnership with Fondation Tara Océan, this data was shared with international research organizations and integrated into Biotherm and L’Oréal’s broader sustainability and innovation ecosystem, including product research and formulation.
